To qualify for a wholesale account:
Please provide the following information:
1. A copy of your store's resale license for the state in which it operates.
2. The full names of the owners or principal members of the company.
3. The complete billing address.
4. The complete shipping address.
5. A cellular phone number.
6. An email address.
7. Two photographs:
- A picture of the front of the store.
- A photo of the store's interior featuring the most recent vignette or display.
Please note:
California Resale Certificates: If your business is located in California, you must provide a copy of your California Resale Certificate. Link to California Resale Certificate.
Out-of-State Resale Certificates: If your business is located outside of California, please provide the resale certificate issued by your home state.

Once your electronic application has been submitted with valid documentation, we will provide you with a password to access our wholesale division.
If the supporting documentation does not meet the requirements, your application will be cancelled and a new one will need to be submitted. Without this documentation, sales tax will be applied to all orders.
